About Graziano Prunes

Appearance: Graziano's gorgeous deep purple jewel-like Italian Prunes have a dark purple skin with yellow-greenish flesh that runs dark wine colour when cooked. These large, freestone purple prunes are very sweet, perfect for drying, eating fresh, or canning.

Care and Handling: Allow unripe Italian Prunes to ripen at room temperature. Once fully ripe, you may store your prunes in the refrigerator for a few days.

Season: Mid September to end of October
